Gloucestershire CCC The First Cricket Club to Go Green
Gloucestershire CCC have this month become the first cricket ground in the world to purchase an Allett C34E battery powered cartridge machine. The club are based at the Bristol County Ground in the UK with their four day team playing in Division 1 of the County Championship. They also have teams in the Royal London One Day cup as well as the Vitality T20 blast. The club regularly host international games and have two international games at the ground this year so the quality of the ground has to be outstanding. The C34E is the first professional battery powered cylinder mower designed by Allett with several features and benefits for sports clubs and operators.
