Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@allett.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as items sent back without prior authorisation or proof of delivery may not be accepted.
For larger items, we can arrange a palletised collection service if required. The cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and inspected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or made-to-order products (such as personalised or bespoke items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your replacement is to return the unwanted item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will include the cost of the original standard delivery (if applicable), but will not include the cost of returning the item.
Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
