Made of hardened and ground steel the 6 blade cylinder offers a super fine cut, which is sharp and clean.
Cylinder type mowers use a revolving cylinder made of several spiral blades. When these meet with the bottom blade as the cylinder rotates, it imitates a scissor like cutting action which leaves the end of the blades of grass sharp and level.
A clean cut is less damaging to the grass plant and lessens the risk of disease forming.
