  1. Tell me a bit about yourself- hobbies, family, what you do outside of work etc.
I’m married to my wonderful wife Lorraine and together we have four children which keeps us all busy and entertained. We also have two dogs and a cat so our home is always full of life and energy. Outside of work I’m an avid golfer and spend a lot of my free time playing at my local club enjoying the challenge and relaxation it brings. 1.  Tell us a bit about your working life so far

I’ve spent over 30 years in the motor trade beginning my career as a young motor technician. From there I worked my way up through various roles, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the industry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of vehicles from everyday cars to more specialised models and I’ve developed a strong ability to meet the diverse needs of customers. As I progressed in my career, I transitioned into leadership roles ultimately becoming an After Sales Manager. In this position I’ve been able to manage teams, improve service operations and ensure customers always receive the best possible experience. My time in the motor trade has not only been about gaining technical expertise but also about building relationships and continuously learning in an ever-evolving industry.

    1. What attracted you to Allett and what made you decide to join our team?

The role offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities allowing me to leverage the skills and knowledge I’ve built over the years while moving into a new and exciting industry. I’ve always been passionate about providing excellent service and making processes as efficient as possible and I saw a great opportunity to bring my expertise in customer relations, problem-solving and team management to Allett. The values and vision of the company resonated with me and I was drawn to the idea of contributing to its continued success. I’m excited about the prospect of working with a talented team and taking on new challenges that will allow me to grow both personally and professionally.

      1. What is your Role going to involve?
As After Sales Manager my primary role will be to ensure that Allett becomes the easiest and most efficient OEM to work with providing a seamless experience for our customers at every touchpoint. This involves overseeing the aftersales process from start to finish ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. I will be focusing on streamlining operations, improving customer service and identifying opportunities to enhance our product offerings. By leveraging my experience in the motor industry I aim to build strong relationships with our customers and suppliers ensuring they have a hassle-free experience with us. Ultimately, my goal is to create a culture of continuous improvement, where our team is always striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
